Meet the New Client Hub
You've probably noticed that we've made some major changes around here. This update to the client hub was very much needed for both us and our clients. The update makes ordering easier, more intuitive and more enjoyable. It also comes with a bunch of new features designed to significantly improve the client experience.
We put together a brief PDF on what you can expect from the new client hub but we'll go into a little more detail in this blog post...
User Levels
One of the best features of our new client hub is the ability to create different accounts within an organisation that have different user levels.
This makes delegating ordering so much easier so you can focus on the stuff that really matters. This feature is great for ensuring that everyone is kept in the loop and that purchases can get the authorisation they require. With CS4UK, there's no need to micromanage - we do it for you!
My Account
This area will have different features available depending on your user level. This is important to remember if you're working in a team as some people may not have the access you do. You can also change some personal information here, but that may be restricted depending on your account level.
Saved Orders
The ability to save orders will be especially useful for our more busy clientele. Whether you're delegating the ordering process or just want to save it for later, the save order function is here to help!
If you delegate ordering to a team member with the most basic access level then they can put everything into a basket and save the order. This can then be purchased at a later time when the pricing and item list have been reviewed.
This feature also works well if you have a large order that you build up throughout the week. Instead of making a list that you may forget to add things to, you can just add items straight to your basket, save your order and then return at a later date to complete the purchase. Ordering your cleaning supplies has never been more intuitive!
Order History
This one is pretty self-explanatory. It allows you to view your order history and order directly from there. You can purchase entire past orders or just add items to your current basket. This is especially useful for managers in charge of supplying multiple sites or even for topping up on the items you regularly order!
This is also a great way to manage bookkeeping and expense tracking as you can view the order history made from other accounts in your site.
Top Products
We've all got our favourites when it comes to cleaning supplies, right? Whether it's a certain cleaner that you just can't get enough of or a product you want to save for later you can now favourite it on the CS4UK client hub. Just click the star on any item and voila! You'll find it in your 'Top Products' section, ready for you to add to your order at any time.
Easy Order
Last but certainly not least is the Easy Order feature. This feature allows you to curate lists of items that you can order in their entirety or item-by-item. This is perfect for people managing multiple sites or even for teams that generally order the same things each time. It's also great for quickly restocking supplies like soap, toilet paper or hand towels.
This intuitive feature cuts out a lot of time from the ordering process so you can focus on the stuff that matters. It also helps to avoid any mistakes in the ordering process. We are only human after all!
